Please read our Terms and Conditions of Sale prior to purchasing goods from our site; placing an order on this site indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions

1. All prices are in Pounds Sterling, VAT is added at check out.
2. Our minimum trade order is £60.00 (excl. VAT)
3. All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We will endeavour to keep the site fully updated with new products and removing old ones.
4. Carriage will be free on orders over £160.00 within the UK mainland and £7.95 below £160. Deliveries to the Channel be charged at £7.95 for all orders. For deliver outside of the UK or Channel Islands please contact us for a shipping price.
5. Trade Deliveries will normally be made to UK addresses within 10 days. You will be advised of any delay.
6. Excepting account customers, payment must be made / will be debited from your account before the despatch of your order. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is within our power to do so, to keep the details of your order secure, however if we are not negligent, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer, if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from our site.
7. In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit please contact us via email. In the case of non-delivery please wait 10 days from the date of your order in case it has been delayed. In the case of damaged goods please retain the product and contact us within 7 days of receipt.
8. If there is any error with your received order please contact us within 4 working days from receipt.
